Jim Kramer developed his deep understanding of the construction industry the old-fashioned way: by working his way up from the bottom. In 1995, Jim’s first job was as a laborer with Lakewood Homes, a homebuilder in his native Chicago. Through hard work and a dedication to learning everything he could about every aspect of the construction process, Jim quickly went from sweeping up job sites to supervising them, and ultimately to building high end custom homes and managing full-scale renovations.
In 2005, Jim and his family moved to Charleston, where he earned an SC Residential Builder’s License. Today, Jim Kramer operates Kramer Construction which focuses on the renovation of a home’s exterior. At Kramer Construction, Jim brings his two decades of experience to every project, ensuring that every job is done correctly, on-budget, and on time.
Kramer’s company, Kramer Construction, is a fully licensed, bonded and insured construction company located in Mount Pleasant, SC.
