    Everything that Athena D said in her review IS CORRECT. I too am dealing with this contactor. He was to do my bathroom every night he’d promise to be here at 7 to finish my bathroom. Well here is another day waiting on him!!! Says they’ve been tested fir Covid one day and then the next night I’ll be there first thing in morning. How does he run a business like this. I should of known from the get go that he’s not reliable. He told me he was having a $10,000 money problem and wanting me to pay him up front!!!! Who does this? It’s not my fault your in this situation if he would just do the job he say he will do he might reach that $10,000 bill. His wife says he didn’t say that but I have his text. Prove me wrong then There are other ones out there. It’s worth the time and money to look past his ad in yellow pages learn from others to skip over this dude

    Kraus Tile and More – Kameron Kraus
    On November 12, 2020 I contracted with Kraus Tile and More for a painting project of 7 rooms in my home. Mr. Kameron Kraus agreed to begin on 11/19/2020 and complete by 11/20/2020. The job was not “finished” until 12/1/2020. Now, Kameron was very communicative via text messages. He always had a reason as to why this was not being completed. Fiancé tested posted for COVID, gave incorrect paint, paint order delayed (found out he purchased from Wal-Mart), and so on. Kameron would advise me he would be at the home to begin at 6:30a and not arrive until 11a or later or 11:30a and not arrive until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. The day before Thanksgiving (11/25/2020), I came home around 3p from work expecting to see my house almost completed – AGAIN. It was not. Instead I found a person who I did not know in my home just messing around with the paint. NOT 1 ROOM IS COMPLETE, NOT 1. Let’s fast forward to further the same evening it is now 11p – yes, I said PM. There is still not 1 room completed, I am asking when will you be finished I have my children coming home in the morning for the holiday – 1 hour I am told. Nope, wrong again it was after 1a before they left. This painting project continues to drive me slightly insane as he is NOT professional, NOT timely, NOT good at what he does. I have paint splatters on my floor, paint in the road – which he attempted to get up with power washer, and on 12/1/2020 this project is still not completed! My son and I decide we will finish the bathrooms and the master bedroom. Finally, around 3 in the afternoon Kameron arrives with another person to help complete the job. This person is an excellent worker – he completed several rooms as Kameron struggled to focus on 1 bedroom to complete. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! I RECOMMEND YOU FIND ALTERNATIVES AND RUN FAST IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!

    This review is 100% wrong. Her project was struggled on yes! I didn't have the help I needed I had a guy that didn't know what he was doing and he made a mess. I replaced everything and made sure the house was redone. I bought goo gone for the paint that got on the floor in small spots. She specifically said she was cleaning it up. I never struggled painting any room. I fixed the mess ups and finished the room within 30 minutes.
