This contractor makes promises he can not deliver. He is not trustworthy. Watch your pocket book when working with him. I would not recommend Kremers Contracting to my worst enemy!

We would not recommend this contractor. Not trustworthy - many unexpected overages despite detailed tracking of costs. Be careful to have a clear contract with budgeted expenses and written agreements for any changes. He is very prone to underestimating what it will really take to do something. He is also prone to making promises he never follows up on. Additionally, we found work that was not done to code we have to have redone. Home built in 2015 - took 3 years to rectify a situation that was clearly the contractors fault related to a code violation issue documented by the city.
