I made an appointment with Chad for 1 pm. He never showed up or called me to cancel. He calls me later at 2:30 am leaving me a rambling incoherent message. I never met Chad and did not feel comfortable dealing with him. This is why I am NOT returning calls.

Took Chad over 2.5 YEARS to complete a small bathroom remodel. This man had every silly excuse possible to constantly delay my bathroom. It's like he just did not want to finish for whatever reason. I found Chad to be completely incompetent and unprofessional. To add insult to injury the job looked like a child did it when Chad was finally done.
Shoddy construction overall. How he could have delayed me for no reason is just unacceptable and downright malicious in my opinion.
