This contractor was fired by me due to sub standard work, many delays, and changing sheet rock finish against my wishes-textured rather than smooth. The original contract to complete the remodeling of two bathrooms was three weeks (April 2014) and was fired after 2 1/2 months. I then hired others to finish the job for additional cost. He signed a final lien waiver in August 2014, then accepted and additional large amount of money from late husband who was in Hospce at the time knowing he had already signed the full lien waiver with me indicating he was paid in full.
