    We had a 2-phased remodeling project that we contracted Krippner Construction to be the general contractor on the project and we couldn't be happier with the final results!
    In our 2-story home we have 3 bedrooms upstairs served by one common bathroom. With two adults and a teenager in the house that bathroom was a hot commodity and there was little privacy for the adults. So the plan was to rearrange the common bathroom and existing master closet into two bathrooms and to move the master closet to the other side of the master bedroom and steal some space from the middle bedroom.
    We got 3 bids for the project and we selected Krippner Construction. Andy, the owner, seemed willing to work with us and allowed me to do much of the demolition, painting, and other tasks in order to keep their hours focused on the actual construction/carpenter work.
    Moving the master walk-in closet was phase one and that project went well and was done within a couple of weeks and within budget.
    We wanted to wait a few months to start phase two to save up a few bucks but a leak in the existing common bathroom shower caused us to accelerate the project. At that point it was all hands on deck and the demolition (which I did most of) started the following week.
    Krippner Construction managed all of the subcontractors (plumber, electrician, tile guy) and made sure they were working on the project when we needed them.
    The final project is done and we have our own master bath with a custom shower, tile/heated floors, and double-sink vanity and we couldn't be more pleased. The kids' bath turned out great with a Kohler cast iron tub (the plumber encouraged us to get this and it was very affordable), lots of tile, and a custom built vanity (made by our friends at Blue Terra Design - Paul Miner).
    I would recommend Andy and his team at Krippner Construction for your next project!
