I hired Kris to completely redo the plumbing in my gutted house. New drains, stack and water lines to everything. After the rough inspection, he left water in a vent pipe from a test and because it was in a uninhabited house without heat, it froze and cracked the pipe and he refused to fix it saying “it’s only a vent, it won’t leak water”. Luckily my carpenter fixed his mistake. Next, he did the finish on one bathroom and when I texted him to finish the rest of the house he said he had moved to North Carolina. No heads up, just a big surprise with his name still on the permit. After hiring someone else go do the downstairs bathroom and kitchen and moving in, I discovered he only dry fitted the upstairs tub drain when Water came through the ceiling. Later, the upstairs toilet began to sting because he didn’t properly raise the flange above the new tile job and the wax ring could not seal properly. Lastly, he cut a corner by leaving part of the old sink drain in during rough plumbing and now I’m stuck with a drain that clogs every week . Shotty work and zero communication regarding moving away in the middle of a job. Don’t hire him.
