  Where do I begin. They made building changes to our contract without prior approval. Trying to get any changes made to the floor plan was nearly impossible. The finishing work inside the home is poor and I have spent $1000+ to fix numerous drywall and painting issues. Kriser set the grade of the house too low AND sloped the driveway toward the garage, causing flooding. This was a $2500 fix on my part to have a channel drain installed across the driveway, to which Kriser contributed only $500. I paid to have the kitchen backsplash ripped out and re-installed correctly. It was evident that Cory Kriser, the so-called 'superintendent' of the build, provided little to no supervision of the subcontractors. Kriser takes little responsibility for anything, including outright lying. I was intentionally not given a copy of their warranty until closing, in their effort to try to lessen their accountability for any building issues. Terrible communication. Their current legal problems are well deserved.

  Build my first home

  It had been almost two years and warranty work has nothing been done. My children's bathroom have hot water running to the toilet almost burn my daughter butt. Wall need painting. Water line not covered. Crack in the garage. Improper placed gutter and drainage system in my yard causing flooding. AC unit on bedroom wall cannot sleep at night. Parking pad not laid correctly. It was a nightmare from day one. Messed up my daughter room missing tray ceiling x2 no prep cabinet. ?Terrible company to work with. There is warning before destruction this is a warning to anyone who may think of using them.

  Ryan Kriser did a fabulous job on our daughters house! We loved it so much that we had him build us one near by. It was a very pleasant experience. He paid attention to every little detail, making sure that the job got done in a timely manner & not drug out. He has a great group of subcontractors that leave no ends undone. His assistant Shelley was very helpful in helping us with all our design choices, and changes. This was hands down the most professional building service we have ever got. We highly recommend Ryan Kriser to anyone looking to build a new home!
