After paying Richard several thousand dollars for a basement wiring, I finally got him to come back to the house. I thought he was going to get to work that day but all he wanted was more money. He said he needed to get supplies and a permit. The first thing he did was run to my bank and cash may check and then not show up to complete any work. I now have to try to get my money back. I would suggest you not give this guy any money until you get some work out of him. Actually you should not even consider this guy.

This fellow is the best Electrician in the State. He can do everything, from High Voltage transformers, as he installed at the Navy Reserve base, to High Schools and Colleges like Inver Hills Community College, to Low Voltage system, like he did for Excel Energies Gas Mixing Plants. He is also an expert Programmer. He also wires houses, and has wired underwater systems, for Divers. He is the best of the best, and has made me $14,000.00 in one day when he reprogrammed the PLC (GE Fanuc) system when everyone else thought it was an Electric Motor problem. This fellow tested the High, Medium and Low voltage systems, then checked the program and found the flaw. It was well worth the $500.00 to have him come out.
