Sunday, March 10th, Dennis Thiel came to my house to evaluate my job. He explained it needed to be complete before rainy season and emphasized that once he sent the estimate I would need to make a timely decision. I assured him my decision would be immediate. Wednesday, March 13th, I had not received an estimate so I reached out to him. Within hours I had an estimate and approved it. Friday, March 15th, Dennis called and said he wanted to start the job on Monday, which I assumed meant March 18th. Monday came and no show. I reached out to Dennis on Monday night and I've never heard back from him. Friday, April 5th, I reached out to the company using the email address I received the estimate from, [email protected]. No response. How can I recommend a company that neither shows up or communicates? I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to having my pool refinished!
They responded to this review on Home Advisor by saying they do not do the kind of work I was requesting.....even though they gave me an estimate and start date. Then, they apparently removed the reply.
