    Luke walked out on our patio deck leaving a year old unfinished project that failed inspection and is falling apart. Luke has an 'F' rating on the Better Business Bureau and has multiple complaints lodged against him. We are in the process of filing a complaint against him through the Attorney General for walking out on the work and conning close to 24,000 from us.

    Yes he is a good talker to getting you to sign contracts. Im still waiting for him to finish my work says he'll be here and dont show, sends guys to do work that dont know to much. He himself doesnt help the guys much. He has me to the point that im ready to turn him in to someone but dont know where to start. He's been 2 months on im guessing a 2 week job. He has me really upset that my blood pressure is up and my anxiety is through the roof. I just dont know what to do.

    Very helpful showed up on time he gave me a good estimate on how much it would cost me to get my deck and sidewalk repaired and he gave me a time frame of how long it would take and got it dont before the time expected his crew is very friendly I highly recommend KRT Construction

    Good talker but wasnt very good at all in getting the job done right at all. Tryed to get ahold of him to remove the rope from my roof and never called back ,also left a mess in my yard and had my meds taken from my home which i had to call him to get back. The job he did wasnt right didnt put up any trim around the bottom of roof and said he wanted to be a pastor ,but by his job was very piss poor. dont get this guy unless you hold him to doing the job and only pay him when he has it done was it should be.

    Very helpful showed up on Time was very cautious and attentive on making sure there was no mess through out my home. We would highly recommend krt contracting and will be using them in the future!!

    A good talker to get you to sign the contract but work is not done as expected from a professional. No attention to detail. No show when he says he will be there. Got the job done but double the time he proposed.
