    Built a 1,200 SF ADU
    $200,000

    Keith Usry built an ADU for us in Clairemont. He stepped in after our first contractor couldn’t get the plans approved by the city and took forever to get edits completed. He helped us fix the plans and reduced the cost of construction in the process. We passed all inspections and completed the project within 6 months even with delays on materials due to Covid shortages. Highly recommend him.

    Very poor rating from me. The man would show up at 10:00, and leave at 2:00. If I had a question, he always had an answer. And he is always right. yeah right. It has been over a year and it still not done. Failed inspection. Always somebodies else fault. Not happy at all.

    Keith R. Usry is the most honest contractor we have ever found. When we started looking for a contractor to remodel our house we interviewed quite a few and had a bad 1st experience. But KRU Construction steped in and made everything right.

    We love our Contractor and would refer him for an job!
