    Walter Molenda promised framing completed within 2 weeks. It took over 2 weeks to get the materials list (red flag #1). He hired/ sub-sub contracted 1 (ONE) man to frame our spec house (red flag #2). Then fired sub-sub contractor the day he decided to grace the site with his presence because sub-sub contractor was the only person who could confirm Salter’s lies (Red flag #3). 3 days into the roofing we sent the city inspector out who informed us the framing was NO WHERE NEAR UP TO STATE OR NATIONAL CODE and the “build” was dangerous!!!!! So we had to fire him after 5 (five) weeks of lying (promising more help with the framing and None came) and over charging and material loss. He currently owes money to current employees for this job and 2 others. He has ghosted them. Will not answer calls or texts. Walter Molenda is an incredibly dishonest person and likes to throw Jesus around to sound honest. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN/ BUSINESS. Wolf in sheep’s clothing.
