Though we had worked with the parent company, Krystal Klear Pools for many years, our experience with Krystal Klear Home Services was a disaster. The owner and project manager wrote a contract with us but were unable to complete the job. Phone calls were not returned to us once the owner cashed the check. The misuse of funds and lack of experience left us with a mess. When a new contractor was hired, the work done by Krystal Klear Home Services needed to be corrected and redone. We have lost thousands of dollars to this Krystal Klear Home Services.
