Stay AWAY and don't waste your time. After you sign the contract and the NOC they will tell you to wait 4-6 weeks because it is hard to find material.
I had called and found material available next day delivery .
Called their office and explained that there is no need to wait 4-6 weeks for material. Also called the estimator to let him know that he can speed up the job and move it for faster installation because I had found the material. Instead he said the price will be 1500 more or he will cancel job because he has 100 more jobs in Q. Neither the office mailed about the price difference neither did he texted or called prior to that to informed about price change. He did not respond for 10 days and then canceled the job. SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME -
