Terrible experience. Hired Ken to install needed electric prior to an outdoor sauna arriving. For over a month he had the manual, specs and contact for the company. For weeks I asked him if he was sure on what was needed and if he needed to talk to anyone. He confirmed many times it was all set. He ended up totally misquoting the job, installed a 120 outlet instead of a 240, then proceeds to tell me he isn't going to take the blame but then says it's his fault. Now I have a sauna sitting there that I can't test installation and I have to leave town which he knew. Quotes me the price for the additional work and doesn't even take off anything for what I paid him for HIS mistake. This whole thing could have been avoided, he had the Manual. Concerning that an electrician cannot read requirements for electric!!
