I've had KT Homes do two projects for me and I am very happy. The bids were timely and they stuck to them. No surprises, how great is that? Their crews are friendly and very professional.

Never again !
Contracted a project with KT Homes to remodel our kitchen on April 8 2022. They promised to complete the remodel in 5 weeks.
5 months later the project is still not complete. The office person is rude and condescending and hardly ever answers the phone or responds to inquires. Schedules are never followed. Last message from their office person was; “ we will let you know when we can install your cabinet” -

This company is a fraud. They were paid $20,000 dollars to fix our family home and now are ignoring phone calls. Don’t trust this company they are dishonest and awful at customer service. And they will rob you.

Proceeded to remodel my living room, which was tearing down Cedar walls and rock walls. Started out good with workers, showing up all the time, then not hearing from them for three weeks, had one employee that wasted a lot of my time, completely installed the wrong trim because he didn’t take a sample with him to Home Depot, stayed in my parking lot cleaning out his van for over four hours, until I finally said it’s time to leave. Had one employee who had laid carpet in my home , at 9 AM the next week trying to get my Electric Gates. I approached him saying can I help you and he said yeah I think I left my phone here. Due to the sloppy work, and the quality of the employees , I was done. No I do not recommend this company as being professional.
