No communication at all. Even the owner James avoid your phone calls and emails. Jay gahardy the sales man is a bag of lies. It's a sale man after all. As soon they have your money, you will beg to finish the job. Poor management. Specially picking their subcontract workers. Just ask for real reference from past jobs. I tried to add my review on Google and they keep deleting my review. A real review. 5 month past and my pool is not fill with water yet. Since I start working with them they change personal at the office. That was a red flag? for me. Oh well. Be aware! Find a better company if you don't want headaches later.
