Carpet Kurt installed our carpeting on our stairs and in our bedroom. There was a seam after the installation that he said was carpet feature or carpet creep or some kind of terminology for the freshly laid carpet which he said would disappear. What happened disappeared and we contacted Kurt to fix his blunder and now he told us that the carpet must have been waterlogged and soaked and that's the cause of the damage. That is a complete utter lie and I'm sad because we are familiar with Kurt and now I have to take him to court along with the carpet distributor. Additionally he refuses to provide me with his address so I could give him a certified letter. Stay away
