Excellent experience from their showroom to the end result. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience and found that wood was cut in house, then flooring put on top of that. Floor had to be scrubbed, trim had to be updated and contractor had to fix additional issues caused by the flooring installers.

OK with the product but having installation issues. Came on Monday - this is Thursday and only one strip laid for living room, kitchen, hallway, and two bedrooms.

We have decided on another company.

KW Floors provided efficient and detailed work. I've had hardwood flooring added to existing hardwood floors throughout my main floor and not only did they do a seamless job but they were timely and professional. I enjoyed their work so much that I've had them add new carpet in two of my bedrooms. With no surprise the carpeting looks great! I highly recommend their services.

They installed 375 sq ft of hardwood and it looks excellent! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were late multiple times, the project ran over schedule (A 4day quote lead to 3 weeks), they under estimated materials needed which made us go over budget. The lead contractor requested direct payments to himself for certain services several time and after we advised the owner harold of this, the same contractor was still sent to our property. Between the poor install, untrustworthy employees, and the lack of concern from harold, and constant disregard for our communications, this has been our worst experience in our remodeling project. A horrible and stressful experience I would not wish on anyone.

Used KW Floors on our home in Shoreview. Very dependable and came in on budget. They suggested a oil finish that brought out the grain and character of our Hardwood Floors.

I'm going into my third month of a "4 day" project. So no I'm not happy. I'm told the contractor may or may not come tomorrow. Apparently he is really busy. KW has messed up my simple flooring from the initial measurements and it has only gotten worse. I can only assume that my case is a weird mix of bad circumstances for I can't imagine they would still be in business with this kind of service.

Was recommended by our neighbor. We had three areas of floors to deal with. First was the blending the new to the old floors and than matching the old floors to the new and finally the stain color that our designer suggested. Well thru all these areas KW Floors not only worked to maintain our schedule but MORE importantly exceeded our expectations.

KW Floors was referred by a remodeling firm to us. They provided and finished our walnut floors and resanded our existing hardwood floors. There were areas that had to be blended into the existing. We're very happy with the end result.

KW Floors installed and finished our hardwood floors on our addition. They had to match the existing stain color and the new and old floors look absolutely fantastic. Adam their finisher worked with us to get the results we were expecting. We are doing the second phase of our project next spring and already have them our email to do that portion as well. Our builder uses KW Floors on their projects and we just got our floors installed and finished by them. It was a great experience and we will be using them on our cabin on Gull Lake as well. The stain we chose was a dark stain and Joshua their finisher worked with us to get the right color to match our cabinets.

Find it very funny that all of a sudden 2 reviews show up in the same day after a 1 star rating shows up for them....well done KW Flooring...we too had the same issues Jockomarlowe had...easily one of the worst contractors in the area and we have worked with quite a few...would be shocking to find anyone suggest that working with them was "pleasant"...Would also continuously mix our job up with someone else's bringing the wrong equipment etc...

From the inception of the first meeting- they walked us thru the entire process to the end result that we envisioned. They explored many options for us and were very professional thru the whole ordeal. A remodeling project can be very challenging but KW Floors were the best in resolving issues as they arose. Very much would recommend them.
