Kw Quality Trades

I purchased a roof from Lowe's and they sub-contracted the work to KW Quality Trades. Against the manufacturers advice, KW Quality Trades knowingly installed the GAF shingles on my home during the rain. I had made them aware of the weather forecast prior to installation and they said they would make provisions if rain started; however when it stormed for several hours they continued to work and when I raised it to the owner, Kimberly she lied indicating it was dried. The roof looks amazing but is out of code. KW Quality Trades roofers didn't install flashing along my roof. This negligence has resulted in water damage to my home and they are saying it is out of warranty for workmanship. The owner has refused to correct this problem. I don't recommend this company and would stay as far away from them as possible. They are practicing unethically knowing people won't find out about roof leaks well outside of the two year workmanship timeframe.

Prior to finding Kw Quality Trade Inc. I had a company that was trying to convince me that they were the best at installing gutters. I later remembered had an account with Loewe's so I cancelled the other company within 24 hours. I then called Loews the next day and inquired about installation of gutters. Had I not called Lowes s I would have never known about KW Quality Trade Inc. The President Kimberly Woodall called and explained what her company offered. I was al little hesitant. However, I proceeded with the installation job. I am so happy I did. Kimberly was always available to answer any questions I had regarding the installation. She also assured me that the job will be done by her best installer. Well she certainly was correct. The installers name was William. He did an awesome job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the task at hand. He didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. Whatever area he worked was immediately cleaned. It was a pleasure having him as my installer. The inspector of Loews came by and was pleased with what he saw. Finally, I am totally satisfied with the service rendered. Again, I commend William for a job well done and I would highly recommend KW Quality Trades Inc

Recently had a deck installed with them via Lowes. The deck itself is beautiful, but beware of talking with the foreman. What is said is not what goes back to the boss. Foreman was caught on our Ring Camera offering to do one thing and lying about ever having the discussion. I did not have them come out an finish. Make sure they respect your property - I am still cleaning up and had to move materials during the process.

We had an old deck that was ready for replacement and contracted with KW QUALITY TRADES INC through LOWES for a complete replacement and an additional deck area. This resulted in quite a large deck. We were told that it would take three days to do the job, which seemed to be very optimistic for such a large deck. To our surprise they started the deck on Wednesday and finished on Friday.

The workers were very efficient and their attention to detail was evident. The resulting deck exceeds our expectations and we can confidently recommend KW QUALITY TRADES INC for this type of job.

In addition, Kimberly Woodall, the owner of KW QUALITY TRADES INC, went above what we expected. She answered all of our questions and kept us well informed throughout the entire project.

I went through Lowe’s for my roofing and found KW Quality Trades and I’m so glad. The owner was an absolute joy to work with. A consummate professional who was there for our every need. She communicated with us in a prompt manner and was very open and honest about each step of the process. The crew that came to the house to do the work was wonderful. They were prompt and friendly and worked with us when it came time to let our dogs out for a bathroom break. They were very personable and they did a beautiful job. I’m so happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. I had a good gut feeling about them from the very first phone call and my gut was right.

I went through Lowe's and Angi to get estimates on a roofing and gutters project. KW Quality Trades for Lowe's and 2 others company came out to my home and gave their estimates on the jobs. I like to get at least 3 bids for a project. I chose KW Quality Trades because Kimberly could do both the roofing and gutters. I had the gutters replace completely with mesh inserts. Kimberly gave me a quote less than the other two companies did combining both roofing and gutters. The roofing crew got to my house on time. They worked non-stop except for a meal break. Since I have 4 German Shepherds and a fenced-in front yard, I told the crew leader that when the gate is closed, the dogs are out doing their business, and I would open the gate when they are back in the house. About mid day, the dogs were out. One of the guys was about to open the gate and I was about to yell at him when the smallest German Shepherd got his attention. I never seen somebody move that fast. We made it through the day with no dog bites. Just kidding. The roofing job was completed in one day. They cleaned around the house. I have not found one single nail around the house. The next day a different crew came out to do the gutters' job. Again Kimberly's crew did a good job. They got the job done in 6-7 hours just a 2-person crew and cleaned up. Both crews were excellent and I would use KW Quality Trades again. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutters job done.

After reading a particularly scathing review of KW Quality Trades Inc. I felt it was my duty to write a review of my own regarding my overall experience working with Kimberly Woodall (The KW in Quality Trades). I had misgivings prior to having my Roofing job done by them because of some of the reviews, but looking a little closer at the claims made in these reviews (one in particular) I had my doubts as to their accuracy. My experience with KW Quality Trades Inc. was 5 Star all the way, Kimberly always called my back usually within the hour and was a great advocate working with Lowes and I who subcontract with KW-QT inc. Her Crew was very pleasant and most gracious in their interactions with my Wife and I, Their Expertise was apparent in how they planned out approached every facet of the job. Working in the hot month August with 94+ degrees (much hotter on the roof) they completed the roofing job, and cleaned up such that you would not know they had completely striped the old roof and installed the new! My Wife and I are very pleased with the Job and glad we went through Lowes Home Improvement for the material and negotiating the contract. Lowes and Kimberly together made Roofing our 21 year old home a very good experience most worthy of a 5 Star Rating and a glowing review.
