    Andrew Kelly of KWA Contractors charged my grandmother $12,000 to have a roof put on her house, as per the contract she was to pay a downpayment of $7000 for materials and pay the rest upon completion. Shortly after starting the job he sold her on another $6000 worth of work for which she was required to pay him an additional $4000 deposit. Then he came to her with a sad story about how he is a vet and just trying to get on his feet and that he needed additional money to buy equipment to finish the job. Feeling bad for the guy she ended up paying him a total exceeding $20,000. Then he began pushing the job off week after week and then it was the weather and his family in florida needed him and his mom was sick, etc. Excuse after excuse then I became involved to help my gram out and got him to come down and do a little more work. He worked for four hours and then like always he had to go and didn't have the supplies to do the job and said he could not afford them. All in all he completed only half the work he charged my grandmother for and legally the only thing she can do about it is to report him to the attorney general and sue him for the money back. After speaking with an attorney suing someone who has nothing will only cost her more money considering he has nothing to pay her back with. If Andrew Kelly / KWA Construction has done this to you please report him to your local attorney general, the better business bureau, and review him on every website you can to prevent someone else from loosing the last of their saving to this guy. I also found a fraudulent review posted online by my grandmother giving his service 5 satrs even though she does not even own a computer, so do not trust any positive reviews for this guy because they may be fake!!
