    I am a partner at a reputable law firm in NYC who retained Kweku Development Corporation at the suggestion of a neighbor. I'm here to tell you that this entire experience has been a nightmare. This guy Ken holds himself out as being knowledgeable about his craft, but he is anything but knowledgeable about anything. The owner Ken doesn't even have all of the required insurance that would allow for the building department to issue a permit to commence work on my property. It has now been 7 weeks since the building department directed him to provide this information and he has failed to do so. My property remains in disrepair because this guy doesn't have all of his insurance and as of this review, he has no idea when he will be issued this insurance to commence work on my property. My experience with Ken will likely culminate into a lawsuit. DO NOT....I REPEAT...DO NOT RETAIN THIS COMPANY OR KEN KWEKU FOR ANY SERVICES. I guarantee you will regret it.
