Kyle Burden came to our house and gave us a price quote of three carpets to be cleaned, 3 area rugs and to stretch two small areas of carpet in two different rooms. The cost was for $565. At the end of the job my wife received a bill higher than the amount that was given by Kyle. The next day after the carpet was dried we noticed that an area in the upstairs bedroom had been altered due to moving the bed by Kyle. We contacted the Kyle and notified him of the issue and was told it would be $85 more to correct their problem. I wrote a letter on April 3rd to let them know I expect them to correct the issue that was a direct cause of the company. It is now April 22nd and there has been no response. Just a very bad company that I would not recommend for people around the lake area of Greenwood, SC.

Kyle and his associate Danny just completed the painting of our entire house. What a couple of very nice honest young men. They did a great job for us and went out of their way to make us happy . After they finished the painting they cleaned up and did my floors and my rugs. Cannot say enough good things about this company. They are busy you may have to wait but they are indeed worth the wait.
