CONTRACTOR DID NOT FOLLOW BUILDING CODE OR PULL A BUILDING PERMIT. Have to hire another contractor to perform structural repairs. Poor roof installation with exposed roofing nails and sheathing not supported over rafters. This contractor repeatedly covered up issues when they were brought to light rather than fixing them. Did not complete large portions of the contract and changed items that were specifically written into the contract without the consent of the home owners. Extremely poor workmanship and attention to detail. Contractor also used a copied draw slip to pull money from the bank without the knowledge of the home owners. Project started June 6th, 2022 and was ongoing as of April 2023 before the contract was terminated and homeowners sought mitigation through attorneys.
