Just had service done by Kyle Gilmore Plumbing & HVACR. I was really glad to be able to receive and appointment right away. I liked it that Kyle answered all my questions and was very clear about the problem with my AC unit. Thankfully my unit was able to be saved and now we are sitting pretty. I would recommend Kyle Gilmore Plumbing & HVACR services to others.

Absolute nightmare. If there's one thing I can't stand it's not being able to trust your word. Kyle and his sidekick made at least flaked on 3 appointments and then sends the sidekick out one day without an appointment at all. Of course, I'm at work.
Then they come to the house TWICE in one day to "fix" a problem and leave without even touching it. I had to virtually beg them to come back to the house over damn near an ENTIRE MONTH!. And my problem STILL sits unfixed.
By now, the only person they pick the phone up for is the Insurance company that hired them and they tell THEM that they cant make the appointment with ME. While I sit at home confused mind you.
Small, nickle and dime, one or two man show that appear to be overwhelmed. I tried to cancel their service by the insurance company wouldn't let me. -

This company claimed that they fixed my A/C unit and bill my insurance for payment and i don't know why my house is still 85 degree in the summer in Fontana.

Kyle Gilmore plumbing delivers prompt, service when the drains had been clogged. KG plumbing field technitions were able to perform work in a tiddy fashion. I would recommend them to those in need of plumbing service. In fact I have referred his man power to my elderly grandparents for their plumbing issues. He has an appointment with them tommorow. I have full confidence he will leave their home restored as new. Till then......

I have a home warranty program and this was the HVAC service sent. I will not use Kyle Gilmore Plumbing HVACR again. Told them on initial telephone call problem was with thermostat and that I had a programmable thermostat. They told me they would have to check problem and then return to fix. They came out, and of course, determined problem was thermostat, however, they did not have right equipment on the truck - only had a non-programmable thermostat - I was not going to let them downgrade system. Told me would replace thermostat with one that was less complicated. They did not have finances (and apparently credit) to buy thermostat. Said would return the next day to fix. At 4:45pm next day I had not heard from them, so I called and spoke to Kyle, he told me would have to call his boss regarding thermostat equipment. The following day Kyle came out to replace thermostat. Obvious he was unfamiliar with the thermostat because had to read instructions on how to program. Needless to say, thermostat is more complicated than previous. Called them 3 days after installation regarding dissatisfaction with thermostat. Was told they would get back to me. It has now been a week and I have heard nothing from them.
