Kyle is completely unreliable and a liar. I have a contract for him to complete work on a new construction residence. He did part of the work but once he gets paid--good luck getting him back to finish. At least if he were honest and said "I cannot finish your job" that would be better. But he has told me he is coming at least 5 times --I block out my day--and he never shows up--does not answer calls, texts, or emails. IF he does contact you it is with some bullshit excuse--over and over and over again--but usually he just ignores you. I would guess he is a drug addict or has some weird addictions. He rushes through just so he can say "this is done" so that he gets paid for that bundle of work--but leaves things incomplete hoping you won't notice. He asks for money that is not due according to the contract--and when I would not pay as he was not finished with the work for that installment he got belligerent and threatened to rip fixtures out of my house. A friend recommended him to me --I stopped talking to my friend. This is not made up or exaggerated. I am building a house over 10,000 square feet and he is one of the worst people I dealt with in this project and has caused me tremendous aggravation. I am really patient--I am not talking about waiting weeks for him to come back--I am talking about months. I am writing this so anyone else can avoid him--I trusted my former friend and did not see any bad reviews so I used him. I am hoping this review will prevent someone from losing money with Kyle like I did. He is a nightmare to deal with.
