Absolutely would not recommend these people, the owners wife was very rude and said I "didn't have any common sense" and was aggressive towards us. All she did was come in our house take a photo of our thermostat and proceeded to make remarks rather than do her job. All the while her husband was outside checking the AC and telling us whats actually wrong without doing anything to help us. This is not the first time this has happened with the lady being rude. And now they won't fix our AC. Absolutely abysmal. Would rate 0 stars but I cannot unfortunately, do NOT hire these people if you don't want issues. They did NOT help us and only caused more problems without helping fix our AC which is their job by the way.
