The first time we contacted Kyle, he answered right away and seemed very dependable. However, that did not last. He was scheduled to do some work last year and forgot the appointment. We had to call and remind him. We gave him a second chance. Big mistake. This year he did work for us and caused some damage that we noticed after he was gone. He has since ignored our calls, text and letter. Issue still unresolved. We do not recommend Lagasse Plumbing.

Last Tuesday, Kyle and I agreed upon a rate for his first hour and set up an appointment to repair a sink leak the following Saturday. I waited at home all day on Saturday and he never
came. I texted at about 6PM to ask if something had come up where he couldn't make it and whether he wanted to reschedule. I also requested that he be in contact to let me know if he had changed his mind about doing this job. He never responded to my text or a follow-up voicemail. I know Kyle received the texts because my phone reported them delivered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this service provider. It cost me nearly a week in lag time as I had to start the search for a plumber all over again. Not only would I not recommend, I would advise others not to use Lagasse Plumbing. -

He was very quick to respond. Polite and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to get a new shower head. I would highly recommend Lagasse Plumbing to anyone!

Kyle put in our heat pump water heater and did a good job. A couple years later we called him to have it checked, but he did not answer the call or voice mail. A year later our water heater started having problems and we tried to contact him. We finally made contact and he suggested a fix which we agreed to, but he never followed up on this. He would not answer phone calls or texts. So after months of this, we have to give him a poor review. His competency is not in question, it’s his manners and the way he runs his business.
