Kyvos Construction completed a full bathroom remodel in my townhouse. The project came in on budget and was completed in just under 3 weeks. The Kyvos team, Nikolas and Oscar, were instrumental in planning the work, helping me to select the finished materials, and constructing the changes. Oscar and his team prepped the area, and placed protective covering on the floors adjacent to the work. The team arrived on time each day and worked diligently to get the job done. Each night, they cleaned and vacuumed, leaving the construction area neat. Their work was very good and they spoke to me regularly to ensure I had a chance to make decisions on placement, color, etc. In the end, the bathroom was completed and it's gorgeous. I love it, and I'm so happy I selected Kyvos Construction for this job. I'll definitely hire them again for future projects.

They did a great job at remodeling the kitchen. I had brought this house a few years back but the kitchen was an issue! I did not like it much so I decided to give it a new look. My aunt suggested hiring this company for the work. I called these guys and they have been very sweet and professional since the first day, they gave me a free cost estimate, which was quite reasonable, they arrived at my place the next day and asked me what all I wanted, they showed me some samples of the kitchen designs and after getting my inputs they started the work. They completed the work in time and turned my boring kitchen into a stunning modular kitchen. I can’t thank them enough for their service, I am gonna recommend them to my friends and family. They are the best!!!!

Nick was great. Home renovation is stressful and finding a good contractor is full of uncertainties. I have three companies contact me, but some did not want to come out to the site. Nick made the trip even though he lives in East Bay. His quote was reasonable and it was all inclusive. I took a chance. After the project, I can say the most important quality is he is extremely honest and trustworthy, which is ultimately the most important thing.
His team knocked down the old dry wall, stone face of the fireplace, rebuilt the drywall, painted the whole room, installed electricals, new shelves and new gas fireplace insert. The most frustrating thing was the delay during the job waiting for multiple city inspections, which Nick took care of.
Things that could have been better: I have a better design/plan before the start of the project. We made last minute changes/requests that Nick accommodated or tried to solve. It is probably unfair to have a vague idea of what you want and expect the contractor to solve it.

We hired Kyvos Construction to paint the exterior of our home and backyard in-law unit. We had excellent and timely communication with Nikolaos on all aspects of the contract, and the paint job was perfect. I have no reservations giving Kyvos Construction my highest recommendation.

I entertained 3 bids for my concrete siding project and choose Kyvos Construction because Nikos did not come off as a salesman. He put me at ease by not being afraid to tackle what he may have found behind my old wood siding. I was given a detailed description of the complete project and was consistently updated when the permit was acquired and on inspection dates. The crew went as far as to come out on the 4th of July holiday to assure that everything was accounted for the initial inspection. A neighbor had the exact same work done to his home and commented to me that he was impressed on how the project took half the time as long as his. Kudos to Nikos and his crew for being professional, clean, and efficient. I now know who I will call first for my kitchen remodel project.

I found Nick by recommendation. I called him and he came out, provided a reasonable quote and finished the job another contractor never showed up to finish in the bathroom -completing the installation of a new vanity and sink and base board. After that, I hired him for some other jobs, the largest being the installation of new flooring throughout my townhome. He was a pleasure to work with.
