    Multi-Room Remodel project

    L and M Construction helped us with and extensive rehabilitation/remodel a small house in the historic district of Las Cruces. Louie Martinez communicated reliable and consistently via text. This was important because we were managing this project from another state. Louie has many contractors and resources he's built up in his 20 years of experience. He was very responsive and represented us during meetings with El Paso Electric, the City of Las Cruces. He met and set up all the subcontractors for us. There is always a certain amount of uncertainty and difficulties in a project over a six month period. Louie was helpful and engaged over the entire period. There were one or two small things to finish once we got into the house, but Louie followed through on all of them. I highly recommend Louie for any project you have.

    Remodeling a home can be a very stressful experience, however, we were blessed to find Mr. Martinez. From start to finish, Mr. Martinez supervised every aspect of our home project.
