Welcome to L & C Development, LLC where our team has home building, remodeling, and property maintenance down to a science. We specialize in providing an unique hands on approach from start to finish with each of our clients. Our objective is to make your experience a great one to remember.
Our Building services include: custom/semi custom home building, home remodeling, home improvements & repairs, and home design. We specialize in kitchen & bathroom remodeling, additions, whole home renovations. We will work with you to design the home of your dreams that fit within your specified budget. No job is too big or too small.
All of my trades carry required licenses per state laws in Texas (ex. plumbers, electricians, roofers, framers, etc). My company is fully insured with $1M liability coverage and all trades carry additional insurance coverage.

I would highly recommend L & C Development for your home remodel. We remodeled 3 bathrooms and 2 fireplaces in under 3 weeks. I am a bit of a perfectionist and the quality of work was excellent, the price of work was very reasonable and the timeline was excellent. Jodi has a beautiful eye for design, is excellent at logistics which keep the job moving along, and communicates constantly so that you always know what is happening next. The work crews did great work, are nice, and aim to please. We had a really great experience! As a bonus, we really like Jodi, Nick and Alex personally. Great people!

L & C Development have been a god send to our family. We found mold under out sink from a leak and felt like deer in headlights! We are in our first house and had only been there for several years.. so this was very foreign to us. Both Nick and Jodi took the reigns and handled all of our questions ( even my stupid ones ) with professionalism that is tough to find in this industry! Not to mention, they coordinated all the vendors and were able to negotiate better deals than the competition. Thank you for taking the burdens off our family as this remodel was so unexpected! L & C is a class act and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any remodels, planned or not!
