Larry Cloward completely misrepresented his abilities as a general contractor. We went into our project expecting it to take four months, it took 12 months. We lost our lock on a mortgage rate, our house did not pass building codes, both structure and electrical. We were missing structural footers that Larry knew were not in place. I could go on and on. We are presently pursuing litigation against them. Be warned!
