DO NOT HIRE LDE Construction for large jobs. If you have a small job that can be finished in a single day, fine. I hired Legen for a complete home remodel and it was a nightmare. Between the no-shows that lasted for a week at a time, endless excuses, handing off most of the work to lesser-skilled workers, it was just a mess. Legen spent 4 months on-site and the only thing he was able to complete was 80% of the exterior painting on 1 out of 2 units, caulking and priming in one main room, and some demo work. I wasted about $24k and 4 months of my time with little to nothing to show for it. It took him over two weeks to provide me correct window measurements for 11 windows, of which 6 of them were the same size. It got to the point where the window vendor didn't want to deal with Legen anymore and was willing to walk away from the order.
He ended the project by lying about getting into a huge crash and being airlifted to Santa Rosa, which never happened. The reality was, Legen stopped working on the project because I installed security cameras that allowed me to see what he was really up to during the day.

LDE construction is the only constructor that I would ever use. Legen is the only one that knows what he’s doing and I’ve had multiple other contractors working that do not know what they’re doing at all. Legen was in a serious accident. I just read the review that was posted and he was in a major accident actually so that information is false, just wanted to let all of you know that I would 100% hire Legen for any job.
He’s extremely talented and an excellent builder with amazing taste. I only trust him to work on my homes.
