Hired to repair a leaning retaining wall in Plano. 3 months after work was done, 2 of the columns began to crack. City wrote up another violation. Luis picked up the phone saying he would meet us on the property to address the issue but never showed. No longer picking up his phone. For all I know, it could be a cosmetic issue, but Luis is not even picking up his phone anymore to address it. [email protected] was his email.
