    Roof replacement
    $2,000

    This sham company replaced a rubber roof on our second floor balcony. After 2 weeks of the job's completion we had water leaking into our home and noticed that they damaged our gutters and that the roof was starting to lift off the wood below. We reached out and they came out to try and fix it but they could not, but while trying to fix it they added so much off color sealant to the roof that it looks TERRIBLE and is not what we paid for. After saying they would refund our money the owner said he would come look at the job, he never did and they stopped responding. We tried mediation through the attorney general without success and went to file a claim with the courts and the address on their contract and license are not actually their addresses so they could not be served with court papers. This is a sham company and people should be warned!!!

    Replace our roof. Fix our gutters.

    My husband and I have been using Leak No More for years. Larry has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough when installing our roof and fixing the problem we had had with our gutters. We would recommend his company unconditionally because we trust the work and the advise he has given us throughout the years. The Dick Family

    It took this company 2 months to install a new roof, which is a long time. My husband had to finish installing a skylight, which was already paid for, because they were dragging their feet. We had to hire another company to install the gutter, because they were dragging their feet to set this up for us. I was promised a detailed estimate for my insurance company, which I still haven't received. I was never given warranty papers. I had to do this online at the roofing shingles company website. Don't hire this company!! Run as fast as you can!!

    Roof repair, then a total roof replacement
    $3,800

    I was given a quote for a job to be done. With 1800.00 given down and another 2000.00 down totaling 3800.00 with two contracts with two different addresses and the work never done. Do not do business with this company. Very dishonest. The company refuse a refund.

    Mr. Walker hired Leak No More, Inc to do a repair on a slate roof. The company attempted repair but the roof slate was in bad shape and in need of total replacement. The customer signed a new contract for re-roof and delayed the schedule twice. After several months the customer decided he didn't want the roof replaced and asked for a refund. The first synthetic slate had been purchased when repair started and is a special order item and cannot be returned. The crew was also there for an 8 hour day on a weekend doing the initial repairs. The customer wants refunded for more than the initial cost of materials and not even taking into consideration the company's time on the job. We are willing to refund part of the money if the customer is agreeable. We have been in business for over 12 years as Leak No More, Inc and have hundreds of satisfied customers. Thanks for taking the time to read our side of the story.
