Grasse & Associates incorporated in 1992 as a Plumbing and Fire Protection Contractor to complement their growing niche as a full service mechanical contractor serving the St. Louis area general contractors. Grasse & Associates hold master plumbers licenses, drain layers licenses and sprinkler contractor licenses for all municipalities in the St. Louis Area, including St. Charles, Jefferson counties and the Illinois Metropolitan area.

Construction services vary from project to project and include; design/build; plan and specification; and consulting for all plumbing, site utilities and fire protection. Grasse also provides testing and repairing for all types of backflow prevention devices. In addition, Grasse maintains 24/7 emergency services for its client base.
