I would not recommend them. Requested bid for patio beginning of July 2021. Brent Santos came out to evaluate. He told us we wouldn’t be able to have the same size cover and he did a walk and stand/stood on the dimensions for a patio. I was very direct that I did not want a wet patio when it rains. I wanted to make sure our dogs had a dry patio if they had to be outside. Brent ensured me that the patio would be dry but we could get some rain on the patio if the wind blew. He then told us that he didn’t want to put us on the spot but if we didn’t sign today he couldn’t guarantee the price he quoted us. My husband has a chronic condition and had to go back in the house to get off his feet. Brent told me I could sign the paper. I assumed the dimensions would be as he described. I should have measured myself but I didn’t. When Brent left he was on his phone and said I got it. I should have cancelled then. We had to wait for a few months for installation. Installers came and started the install. I looked out from the kitchen/living room and the roof cover did not cover the patio doors. I feel that Brent shorted us about three feet on both sides. I had to wake my husband and show him. My husband called the office and the office had Brent call my husband. My husband asked Brent to come out to evaluate or send someone out to evaluate the install. Brent immediately got mad and told my husband i’ll put a lien on your property in fact I’ll just take your property. Words were exchanged. He called back later and apologized. Brent had their engineer come out to evaluate and review. We agreed. This story keeps going and going. Brent said the new parts wouldn’t take as long etc. and then their office ordered the wrong parts and it took another three months and Brent acted as if he was the victim. Overall our patio took six months and an additional $3,000 plus and I didn’t do a review until now for fear they wouldn’t finish our patio. This family owned business states that they serve their customers family by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Brent threatened us and insulted us multiple times. The experience was extremely stressful. This company/office does not return phone calls and does not care about their customers.

Horrible Post-Installation: The initial work and interaction was super and all 5 stars. But after the first heavy rain, there was a serious bend and damage to the patio cover from poor management of rain from the house roof. They have delayed responding many times and first claimed the damage was from a tree branch (no trees over the patio cover) then that I sat on the patio causing the damage. Still ghosting me and not support. I've been waiting on a promised call back for a week and nothing. Don't use them as once the bill is paid you mean nothing to them as a customer. HORRIBLE experience.

I didn't have any problems with them and they came right back and fixed the heat regulator when I called.

They installed a walk in tub for us. Everything went perfectly. They showed up on time and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has the worst customer service. Oh they are great at putting the patio cover up in a timely fashion. It was installed 6 months ago. When it rained, it leaked. So...I called and reported it. They said they would put me on the schedule and call me. 2 weeks later, no call. Call again, same response. One week later, call again, same response. Call next day, they say someone will call by end of day no call. I call again, same response but it gets better...she says to me, "well it's not supposed to rain in the near future so we will schedule you when we can" WHAT? she didn't just say that, did she? I lost it. They had no problem taking my money, I didn't make them wait for it, why do I need to wait for repairs?? Probably because they are busy putting up new ones and don't want to be bothered with repairs. Horrible company!!! I will give bad reviews everywhere I can to help save others from this horrible company! After care customer service is very important so buyer beware!
