I’m in the Phoenix metro area and I had a patio door replaced by L.J. Neal & sons a couple years ago. I chose them as they had no complaints listed on social media, BBB or Register of Contractors, reviews were all good to great. I love my patio door and just had all six of the windows replaced today. The work was completed in about four hours, the crew was polite, worked efficiently together and they cleaned up so well afterwards that you couldn’t tell that much work was done! I have the triple pane glass with UV, double low E and can say the door alone helped lower the cooling costs, on 110 -120 degree summer days the inside glass is cool to the touch and generally is about 20 – 30 degrees less than the outside measured just inches from the door. Looking forward to the windows doing the same. Workmanship, appointment coordinating, communication etc.. have all been fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company!
