    Windows and wall replacement
    $40,000

    Luis blew out an exterior wall to rebuild.
    He not only made it structurally sound but followed codes and great building practices.
    He was always prompt and/ or communicated if anything was delayed. Him and his dad managed the project to perfection. Very impressed and thankful for their quality of work.
    They also replaced all our windows / doors. Despite the extra time it was about finishing the job correctly.
    He was open to feedback to complete to our standards.
    They did what it takes to complete the project on time and with top notch craftsmanship.
    Not only is he fair, honest and reliable, he is a real stand up guys with great values and great attitude.
    We defiantly Plan on hiring him to do more work in the future.

    Addition project

    Job entailed gutting the living area, altering the trusses to raise the ceiling, creating additional living space in what was part of the lanai, raise that floor to match the house, cutting the concrete to re-plumb for a laundry room and kitchen island. I was to paint and build the kitchen and trim after they got it in drywall. Their communication and organization was outstanding. Luis originally said he didn't think this should take much more than a month to do and he finished in 5 weeks! All other contractors said around 3 months. I am so happy I went with this company!

    I contracted with Luis Silva to construct an attached garage. From our first meeting with him he has communicated well and has been well organized. He has been very easy to work with. He has a great network for materials and subs (workers) to get each phase of the project done. We are very near completion of the project and are very happy with Luis, his subs and the project in general.
