I contacted Len for and estimate on deck repairs. He came to view the deck and said he would contact me with an estimate for the repairs. He stated that he would rather email back and forth as it was easier for him to correspond this way. He emailed me an estimate 7 days later. I immediately emailed him that I wanted to schedule the job. After 6 more days of no response I called to see if he was interested in doing the job or not. He informed me that he was just too busy to correspond with me like that. Apparently he is making so much money and is so busy that me and my job were insignificant. My money will go elsewhere. I can't even say how his work is because it seems to be hard to get any of it done. If you want a responsive contractor that communicates, Len is not the guy for you.
