Andy Lawrence has been building homes for 24 years. In addition to a degree in Building Construction Technologies from Pennsylvania School of Science and Technology, Andy has earned certification from Dale Carnegie, Temple University, The State of Maryland Department of the Environment, PHRC, and Wellborn Cabinets just to name a few.

I’d rate zero if I could! He was contracted to build a home for us in 6 months. A hole for the foundation was dug in the first month contract requirements, nothing was done afterwards. Four months later after badgering him many times why nothing else was happening, he called to state he was filing for bankruptcy. We lost our initial down payment ($14,000; our constructure bank loan costs with MT&T, $9,000; and the foundation hole filled with water, someone made a complaint, and we had to now hire people to provide landscaping/environmental protection measures to meet County/ State requirements ($6,000 to this date). I didn’t trust to contract with him but he shook my wife’s hand and stated she could trust him to build us a home. I had faith in her judgement, which is usually very good; we got SCREWED!!! This was 2018, how can he be building homes again? Because he has other businesses/ventures, he still has income and we’re out almost $30,000 while goes about it again. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!!
