Jamie will set a time, and reschedule several times. I usually find out the need to reschedule when the tenant calls and says he never showed during the agreed time. Today was the last time for me. On Monday he set a time of 9-12 today. Confirmed again this morning because I know how flaky he is. Tenant calls at 12 and says she's going back to work because he never showed. When I called him about it his response was "I can be there at 4pm. I called her, she didn't answer and I didn't leave a message." No explanation for why he did not leave a message other than "that's my fault." Then he asked to call me back. Feed up I texted him and told him not to worry about calling back because I can no longer deal with the unprofessionalism. He responded "ok", "no problem", "I'm good".
Additionally, he routinely hires technicians who have no idea what they are doing. Last summer he sent someone to my unit, which was blowing cold air but not cooling the house, who told me it was the thermostat which is completely incompetent.
