Upon inspection of a house I purchased in The Nations, it was determined that the waste-water pipe - a 50 foot long section - from the back of the house to the city sewer line was INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, and because of the shoddy work (which had the builder been vigilant, should never have been allowed) the pipe is literally FULL of water for the entirety of a 45 FOOT SECTION... This causes calcium build-up (from urine), resulting in blockage, and will cost $20,000 to fix, including tearing up the patio, sidewalk, and garage concrete... The house is FIVE YEARS old... Shame on L&R for being so incompetent. There is no excuse. Anyone considering them for your project, BEWARE.
