Very bad experience with the contractor. A silicone based roof coating was used and a 50 warranty was issued. The coating failed after several months. The contractor recoated areas with a product by a different manufacturer. The coating failed several times resulting in damage to the rental apartments below. The application was sloppy and poorly done and subsequent remedies were ineffective. The contractor failed to make good on his warranty. The treatment was ineffective and a total waste of money.
