Our experience with LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez was an absolute nightmare, characterized by deception, incompetence, and a complete refusal to acknowledge responsibility for their actions.
Initially, we were impressed by LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez's promise of a stellar design, which they did deliver. However, their inability to execute their vision competently quickly became evident. Their lack of expertise and knowledge led to substandard and incomplete work, resulting in us having to pay twice for certain items due to necessary rework.
Not only did LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez egregiously exceed the agreed-upon contract price, but they also failed miserably to adhere to the timeline, leaving us in perpetual frustration and financial strain. Their choice of subcontractors was below par, demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism.
Adding insult to injury, LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez shamelessly neglected to pay their workers, leaving them to approach us directly for payment. Despite our attempts to settle for what we ultimately paid over the agreed-upon contract price, LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez callously refused, forcing us to incur additional expenses by hiring an attorney to try to resolve the matter.
Now, we have no choice but to initiate arbitration proceedings as outlined in the contract. LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez's refusal to acknowledge their actions is reprehensible and highlights their lack of integrity and professionalism.
In conclusion, LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez are companies devoid of honesty, competence, and accountability. We advise anyone considering their services to seek alternatives, as our experience with LS Custom Pools and Cody Lopez has been nothing short of a costly and infuriating ordeal.
