I have known Greg for several years ,met him thru Albertsons when I worked with them in Salt lake . Greg worked for a hvac company up there . Moved to St George and found out later he moved to and starting working for a hvac place down here , used all the time for my own home . When he got his own company I followed. To stop rambling and say you can’t find any better company then this , Greg and the guys are awesome ? and I will say from experience they are the most honest people you will find . From the office to the field guys , they say what they mean and mean what they say and are always there when they say they will be. So remember speaking from experience if you want great, reliable and honest work done call these guys . Cause I didn’t only find great workers I found a good friend to . Thank you ? for everything Jill T.

I have been using Red Desert for the past 1 1/2 years. This company is outstanding. Staff and technicians are friendly. They have always answered the phone when I called and sent a technician the same day. Prices are reasonable and the service is reliable.

I had Red Desert Refrigeration come to my home to prepare the furnace for winter while I am out of town. The technician called me as I requested when he arrived so I could give him directions on how to access the system. This is good. He asked if he could use the toilet, which is, of course, okay. I appreciate him asking, but what happened is that he left the toilet running! It ran for 9 days before a relative from out of town checked the house for me and reported the issue. The result? 80,000 gallons of softened water ran down the drain costing me over $150 for excess water usage on my bill and $30 to replace the salt in the softener. I have contacted the company but they have not responded. The receptionist said, "I have never heard of anything like this before." I haven't either. I, at least, would like a response or apology and even an offer to help pay for this technician's failure to leave my home in the condition he found it. I am a retired teacher and, boy, this hurts.
