StarTed off fine but as the year progressed my project was and has been put on the back burner as he began to take on other projects it has become more and more difficult to get him back to finish up. Make promises but does not show up. Financially beware contractor does not pay subcontractors promptly leavING them no recuse but to start knocking on your door threatening to put a contractors lein on the property.
A 4 month project has turned into a year and a half and we are still not through. Not returning phone calls as promised in the contract, not showing up as promised etc. This has really been stressfullLooks like we are headed to court to get some relief.

Same as above. I read the above review and considered that since several years had passed, that could have been a one-off. Nope, he is still the same person and our experiences were probably identical. Our project that was only going to take a few weeks started in September ending on Super bowl Sunday. Uses second-hand doors which are currently leaking and the locks are not aligned. Many promises and most broken. One contractor for the cement did knock on our door for his payment, because Greg was dogging him. The floor, paint, and lighting is not even. He was to split the AC/ heating for the room. It's not working. We have called several times and no answers and no returned calls. He completely did not show up for the entire month of November. Also found out at the end that he didn't pull a permit to do this project. Completely unethical, unacceptable and fraudulent. Under Arkansas law, the homeowner is at fault regarding the permit. So, now we have a separate and technically illegal issue we have to resolve. Call me crazy but i like to be aware if I'm engaging in unlawful activities. Or at least give me an option to choose. Now i know why he didn't pull a permit. Had he pulled a permit HE (GREG MORGAN) would have been requires to do his job up to CODE. Not the half-ass job he done. Which is something you never think about having to verify. I did check and verify that he is a licensed contractor. He also wanted cash advances before the job was completed and actually got in his feelings when i said no. I broke down and did do it once. But it was towards the end and and i didn't expect to get scwered over. I know that sounds stupid of me considering that he never showed he was trustworthy. We got as much as we could while he would still show up. His work starts off great and he is truly a gifted and talented person it's a shame that he is not a person of honor and integrity. I would love to be contacted by Greg to complete or correct the F.. Up that are present because we are having to hire someone else, and update this review saying Greg has corrected all these issues. Greg, has our number and i welcome him to contact us and be a man of his word. Until then, just save yourself the hassle and hire someone, anyone else.
