We recently hired LW Construction to replace roof with new GAF timberline, we spoke with the owner of the company twice before signing the contract for the project and were told he will provide us the warranty for the material from GAF directly and will give us 10 year warranty for labor. After finishing the project he never gave us the warranty and I tried to contact him every day since then and it has been more than 2 months the owner does not pick up my calls or respond to my voice mails. They are the worst and I do not recommend to anyone.
