Luis painted the exterior of our cedar shake home last year, also repaired rotting wood frames and post. He also installed ripped out two floors to install a new Pergo floor in my office and painted ceiling and walls. He’s good at problem solving, he’s prompt and pricing is competitive. Would recommend without hesitation.

I hired Luiz Zuniga to repair the water damage from an upstairs resident leak. The water damaged ceiling, ran down the side wall and under the vinyl plank flooring. Luiz replaced the damaged sheet rock in the ceiling, side walls, spackled and painted. He also installed ceramic tile flooring which came out beautiful. Special tile cuts were required around the hot water heater which came out flawless!
I’ve dealt with many contractors and experienced that they either start the job and disappear, or over promise and under deliver. I have to say, Luiz did an amazing job. I’ve never seen anyone work harder ALL day, every day. He was prompt, knowledgeable, hard working, resourceful and able to pivot to correct unexpected issues. A true seasoned professional who takes pride in their work and it shows. I was very impressed with Luiz, his work ethic and I highly recommend him.
